Join us as we use our eyes and ears to search for birds in the park, and explore how they find food, water, and shelter. We will learn about their songs, search for nests, and some binoculars will be available for kids to try out. Travel with us on this creative journey and change the way you see the world! Create 3D masterpieces inspired by world cultures. Learn about Chinese ceramics, Croatian “licitar” hearts, Maori design carvings from New Zealand, “nicho” boxes from Mexico and much more. Create art using a variety of materials, play games and understand that through art we can connect with people from all over the world. Materials included. Non-members of Mason Community Center are welcome. This camp is for Preschoolers (3 to 5 yrs old). This camp runs Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am.

Independence Artist will be helping us create a cute summer painting. The painting class will start at 6:30pm but come early for ice cream at 6pm.This is an all-ages event. This is not a drop off event, a guardian must be present.Cost is $25 per participant. That includes all materials needed for the painting and ice cream. Deadline to reserve your spot is July 5th (unless we sell out before then).

Uncover fossils on a mock paleontological dinosaur dig. Discuss Cincinnati’s world-famous Ordovician fossils, learn how fossils are formed and unearth how to differentiate them from rock. Touchable fossils from dinosaurs including Allosaurus, Triceratops, Iguanodon and more – a junior paleontologist’s dream! This program is free and open to the public. All children must have a responsible grown-up with them at all times at the program.
