Creme de Menthe Brownies
Creme de Menthe Brownies is where decadent chocolate meets refreshing mint to form the most luxurious, perfect bite! Along side a mug of peppermint tea or a peppermint mocha latte, you will think you died and went to Heaven! These addicting, divine little brownies are surprisingly easy to make and absolutely perfect for any occasion.
The fun, green layer makes them a go to for my family for Christmas as well as St. Patrick’s day! Sometimes I get even more festive and top them with holiday sprinkles. Christmas tree sprinkles for Christmas brownies and shamrock sprinkles for St. Patrick’s Day brownies are just too cute! But, even without the fun sprinkles, these brownies are visually stunning!
Although these mint fudge brownies are visually beautiful, they are also surprisingly easy to make! As long as you allow time for each layer to cool and set, these fudgy brownies turn out perfectly every time! In fact, they are so simple to make that even my three year old daughter does most of the work when we make them at home!
Crème de Menthe brownies are one of my toddlers’ favorite recipes to help me bake! She just loves the look of the fun green layer and, of course, the amount of chocolate that is in these scrumptious brownies! And, surprisingly enough, my picky toddler also loves to eat these mint brownies!
