Keto Sausage Balls
These three ingredient keto sausage balls are the punch of flavor you’ve been searching for! Great as an easy appetizer or a quick breakfast! However, not only are these sausage cheese balls keto friendly, they are also gluten free! Finally, a sausage balls without Bisquick recipe!
And have I mentioned how EASY this recipe is? For real…even my 2 year old can make these! In fact, it is such a sensory activity for her, she loves to pull up her Mommy Helper and get her hands dirty!

How to Make Keto Sausage Balls:
What You’ll Need:
- Baking Sheet
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring Cup
- 2 tbsp Scoop
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 2 c Shredded Cheddar
- 2 LG Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with non-stick spray) and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix together sausage, cheese and eggs.
- Scoop out mixture with 2 tbsp scoop or form into 12 balls of equal size.
- Place on prepared baking sheet 2″ apart.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve by themselves or with your choice of dipping sauce.
