Instructions
Scrub potatoes and poke with a fork.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes (turning over after 5 minutes)
Cool in fridge until able to handle.
Slice potatoes in .5 coins and place in 2 QT microwavable casserole dish.
Pour butter over potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Spread sour cream over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Microwave for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve!
