Easy Crepe Recipe | Breakfast Idea for Kids

This easy crepe recipe is your answer for that perfect, portable, breakfast idea for kids that they will actually eat! I have two picky eaters and watch four others on a weekly basis and they ALL love these easy crepes!

A crepe is basically a really thin pancake, which is a food that most kiddos already love. The problem with pancakes for young kids though is the mess! Syrup gets everywhere! Filling crepes with a thin layer of whatever you choose and then rolling it up practically eliminates the mess!

Why do kids love crepe roll ups?

  1. They love that it is a familiar taste. Tasting similar to a pancake, even picky kiddos are likely to at least try one!
  2. They can be filled with just about anything! Whatever your child’s favorite flavor is will work in a crepe!
  3. Crepe roll ups are easy to hold and eat! They fit in their small hands and allow them to eat them one handed and without utensils.
